Dr. Kaplan has a wonderful, warm demeanor and made me feel comfortable asking as many questions as needed about the procedure. I like that the office is located above a reputable hospital and feels safe, private and secure. The only hesitation I have is whether to do several procedures at once or space them out one at a time.
